Rental Space
For many years now, the Little 5 Points Community Center (L5PCC) has been providing quality, affordable meeting space for arts organizations, student artists, and grassroots non-profits.
It is genuinely hard to beat our prices, not to mention we are in one of the most unique and diverse shopping districts in Atlanta…The Little 5 Points area. There is wonderful shopping, great plays, restaurants and the best people watching in the city. Our meeting spaces include a large open area that can accommodate 50 chairs or 75 standing. We also have two smaller classroom spaces, perfect for workshops, or board meetings.
The list of organizations that rent with L5PCC, currently, include but is not limited to the following: The Neighborhood Planning Unit, Afridansa, Inman Park Church of God, and several others.

I am interested in using one of your community rooms to hold Sunday evening service if possible. I would also like to hold a mid-week service occasionally. Would you please send me your rates. Thanks!
I operate a martial arts program at the local YMCA. I am looking to expand to a location that would allow for me to invest in safety equipment ( floor pads).
The majority of my students are kids, ages 6 to 17. I am a family friendly program. I live in East Atlanta Village.
Would L5PCC consider renting space to me on an ongoing basis? I would need 1600 sq ft.

Our rates for a church (non-profit) is be $50.00 per 4-hour block. Please feel free to call me if you are ever interested.
